How to Use

Step 1:
Place a clean, dry Private Packs that has been at room temperature for a few hours in the microwave for 8-10 sec. (Time will depend on microwave watts).
Step 2:
Insert the heated vulva pad into the protective sleeve then place on the middle section of your full underwear.
Step 3:
Relax, move around, do whatever you want.

Infrequently Asked Questions:

How can make my heated Private Packs more effective?

To bring a deeper heat to your seat, throw the pad in the microwave or immerse it in hot water for 5 minutes (pat dry before inserting into sleeve). You can also throw a sleeve in the dryer for a few minutes for extra coziness.

Can I make my Private Packs provide moist heat therapy?

You sure can! For extra soothing power, lightly moisten a sleeve with your favorite oil, lubricant, or liquid (think witch hazel or aloe vera gel) and insert a heated Private Pack.

What if I don't own a microwave?

No problem. Place your Private Packs in a bowl of water. Be careful when removing it.
