RETURNS
Due to the nature of the Products and the body part its touching, Private Packs does not accept returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
EXCHANGES
We do not accept any Product exchanges.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the Product arrives damaged ("Damaged Product"), Private Packs will accept returns for a full refund only in accordance with the Return Procedures below. Once Private Packs confirms that you received a Damaged Product that was returned in accordance with the Return Procedures below, your sole and exclusive remedy is that (a) we will issue a refund to the original form of payment in the amount charged for the Damaged Product or (b) we will not charge your credit card, PayPal for the Damaged Product. The refunded amount will include the applicable Delivery Fee.
RETURN PROCEDURE
All returns must be made within 14 days after the Product shipment date.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please email letstalk@privatepacks.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded or credited to your account, and we may handle or dispose of those products as we see fit at our sole discretion.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

GIFT CARDS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
