Shipping policy

GENERAL SHIPPING
When you place an order for Products through the Site, the Products will be shipped to the address you designate as the "Shipping Address" during the checkout process.
If your package doesn't arrive please email letstalk@privatepacks.com . We'll do our best to work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but please note we are not responsible for any errors in the order or the address provided which results in a misdelivery.
When we offer free shipping it is to most continental US addresses. At that time we are unable to process orders that are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses.
DAMAGES & REFUNDS
If your package or the product is damaged please email letstalk@privatepacks.com with a photo of the damage.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - READ THIS WHOLE SECTION
**Note: When mailing orders outside of the USA, we strongly suggest selecting the United States Postal Service as an international courier service, as there have been no issues with this option to date.**
**Please be aware that orders placed outside of the USA that use courier services such as UPS may be subject to fees that we have no control over – you will need to pay any applicable fees and taxes to receive your order. The customer is responsible for any additional charges incurred.**
Prices do not include:
- Import taxes and duties charges
- Local VAT
- Customs fees
- Brokerage charges

Additional international taxes that might be applied depending on your country's tax policy.
Customs fees that apply to a shipment depend on its destination, value, and the carrier that transports the goods. Recently, our product was denied by Spain Customs and Border Patrol.
NOTE: The United States Postal Service will provide you with a tracking number, but that number is only valid while the package is in the USA. Once your package is handed off to another country's post office, it is out of their hands. To date: All of our customers have received their package.
