I bought the private packs, back when they were first starting. They have become a huge part of my monthly menstrual routine. As someone who suffers from endometriosis I have pain during my menstrual cycle and after intercourse. Using the pack warm during my menstrual cycle and using it cool after painful intercourse has provided so much relief.
I ordered from this company 1–2 weeks before a medical procedure and was initially hopeful based on the product description. However, after placing my order, I received an email from the owner letting me know she was on vacation and wouldn’t be able to fulfill it on time. While I completely understand that life (and health) happens and I sympathize with the medical challenges she shared; it was disappointing not to be informed upfront that there might be a delay.
Unfortunately, I needed the product by a certain date for recovery, and due to the unexpected delay, I had to find an alternative from another company last minute.
If you’re considering ordering and have a time sensitive need (like for postpartum or surgical recovery), I’d recommend reaching out first to confirm availability. The product may be great, but the timing and communication weren’t reliable in my experience.

I’m still in my fulfilling every order era, but I had to fly home to Canada, which left some orders unfilled in my absence. However, that’s not your problem. It’s mine.

First of all, the customer service I received was amazing. My order for Private packs didn't arrive on time and I emailed enquiring about this. The follow up was excellent.
I just used it for the first time a couple days ago, and love how it stays in place & the coolness comes thru even from under your panty & a pad being used. Great product. Thank you
I have used these and they do eonders for that burning pain! Easy to use in a chair. However, when I am flaring I cannot wear underwear, so cannot use them unless I stay in a chair, since I cannot tolerate underwear when in a flare.
