Why are Private Packs better than store-bought or homemade cool/heat packs?
Frankly, standard cool/heat packs were not designed to use on the genitals. With our patented design, we kept your lifestyle in mind. Private Packs are lightweight and sleek, with a comfortable fit. They are the only cool and heat option specifically designed to use on your privates that is currently on the market.
Where are Private Packs made?
Private Packs are designed in Brooklyn, NY, and made in China using American manufacturing specifications and quality control. Our goal is to be 100% Made in America in the future.
Can a man use this product?
Although we designed our pads for vulva owners to use, we believe everyone has a right to soothing hot or cold comfort and relief. As for the non-vulva owners, we will produce a penile region pack soon, so let us know if you want one.
What are the measurements of your vulva pack?
Sized for full coverage from your clitoris to your anus (or whatever anatomy you have down there!) Details: 2.5" (Narrow End) x 11" (Length) x 3" (Wider End)
Are Private Packs non-toxic?
Private Packs vulva pack is FDA-registered and non-toxic including reusable Free from BPA, BPS, latex and phthalates from packaging to the inner gel. Private Packs is Prop 65 compliant.
Private Packs is safe for use for postpartum and breastfeeding mothers.
Can I buy Private Packs in store?
Yes, Private Packs’ vulva pack is sold at select Target and CVS locations. For the immediate feeling of relief use our store locator.
Getting Started
What's the recommended duration and temperature?
Health professionals often recommend a 20-minute on, 20-minute off cycle, which can be repeated as needed. Our pads are designed for 20-minute temperature delivery, but it may vary due to factors like ambient temperature, clothing, or body temperature. If you're uncertain about your recommended treatment duration, consult a medical professional before use.
Does the one pack size fit all?
While everyone’s bodies are different, we based the dimensions on scientific research to ensure that they comfortably fit as many people as possible. Our currently available size is equivalent to L/XL full underwear and covers the entire external genitalia from the clitoris to the anus.
Will sitting on my Private Pack or using lube or oil harm it?
While using the Private Pack, you can sit or lie down comfortably. However, please be mindful of sharp objects that could puncture it, such as zippers or metal components in undergarments.
Feel free to use water or silicone-based lubricants, oils, or other liquids like witch hazel with your Private Packs, but avoid acetone-based substances like nail polish remover.
Private Packs was developed to help address the care for pains and symptoms of vaginal dryness.
Do I have to use them with full underwear? I only wear thongs.
You're not obligated to use Private Packs with full underwear if you prefer thongs. However, we highly recommend wearing them with full underwear for added support and minimal movement. Many vulva owners find full underwear more comfortable as it provides full coverage.
Gel Pack Usage
How should I store and care for my Private Packs?
To maintain your Private Packs, store them in the freezer or fridge. Clean the gel packs with soapy water and air-dry or use a non-abrasive cloth or paper towel. The pads and reusable sleeves should be cleaned after each use, following the provided Instruction Manual. Please avoid putting the pads in a washing machine or dryer to prevent damage to the appliances, pads, or any potential harm to users.
What are the Gel Packs made from?
Both heating and cooling pads are made with California Prop 65 safe PVC. The gel contains water and Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC) powder. CMC powder is widely used in ice cream and bakery products. However, everyone has different levels of sensitivity, and as such, our product may cause an allergic reaction or irritation in susceptible individuals. Discontinue use if the pack is damaged or ruptured in any way. If ingested, please immediately contact your physician or a poison control center in your area.
Can I share my Private Packs?
Even though sharing is caring, in this case, we do not recommend sharing our products. They are meant to be used by you, so go ahead and be selfish. But you can share the word. Recommend our products to a friend instead of handing them your own.
Is it possible to use Private Packs’ vulva pack during sex?
While we’re flattered that you are considering using our products during your intimate moments, our products are not meant to be used during sex. Before sex is good or after sex, just not during sex.
Can I use this post Brazilian wax?
Yes. Based on your most recent cosmetic procedure our patented vulva pack can provide soothing comfort with any burning or itching sensation. We would recommend using it cold.
What symptoms can the vulva pack help relieve?
Depending on your symptoms, Private Packs can help manage vaginal redness, irritation, soreness, and dryness caused by perimenopause, menopause, infections, conditions such as vulvodynia, lichen sclerosus or rigorous activities such as Brazilian waxing, sexual intercourse, and postpartum recovery.

Does Private Packs help with vaginal dryness?
Yes, Private Packs can help address vaginal dryness symptoms like pain and irritation. When applied warm, Private Packs enhances vasodilation increasing the epidermis’s flexibility and allowing topical ointments to best penetrate the upper layer. Additionally, cold application can help lessen blood flow to numb pain.

Reusable Sleeves Usage
What are the sleeves made of?
Our reusable protective sleeve is made with 65% Modal fabric, a super soft fiber made from beechwood trees, 65% rayon made from wood pulp, a naturally occurring, cellulose-based raw material, and 5% spandex ensure it keeps its shape.
Why are the sleeves white?
We chose white for a practical reason. The color of our discharge is an excellent indicator of what’s going on with our bodies. We wanted to make sure you can still see your discharge color in case it’s something you need to communicate with a doctor, nurse, or very close friend.
How much liquid can the sleeve hold?
Very little. Note: The sleeves are a barrier between you and the product. The sleeves are not meant to replace a sanitary napkin or incontinence pad.
Are these washable and reusable, or disposable for one-time use only?
Private Packs are reusable and hot and cold. Each set comes with 3 machine-washable sleeves, which serves as a protective barrier for your skin, eliminating the need for bulky towels or paper towels.
