Delivery was quick, just a few days. Fabric on the snap-on pad holder is not irritating. Suggest the pad holder have two snaps to keep it from shifting laterally at top and lower ends. Comfortable to wear since the ice pack part is flexible, narrow and thin. Cooling lasts about 15 minutes of wear. The contact with your body depends on your anatomy; for me the lower (posterior) portion of the pack shifted over to one side of me after a few minutes and the cooling benefit no longer contacted the affected area. Since I was home I could re-adjust the placement but wouldn't be able to do that in public. I will keep using the pack but prefer to use a small "blue ice" pack for lengthy sitting times (reading books) at home, since the cooling effect is longer lasting that way. For reference, I'm 5'5" tall and BMI is within normal limits.

The sleeves are a little difficult to stay in place though.
They work wonders in providing relief from pain related to lichen sclerosis. It’s wonderful to have an option that doesn’t involve medication of some kind!
I have lichen sclerosis. Private packs work beautifully to soothe a flare so I can sleep (used cold) and to prep the vulva for application of clabatasol when I do not have the energy to soak in the tub (warm pack with moistened sleeve). Thank you!!

Love these sleeves. They keep my Private Pack secure. I can actually move around when I'm using the pack. It keeps the pack secure. It also provides a buffer between my skin and the pack. Not to mention, they are easy to wash.
Really glad I purchased Private Packs. The packs provide great relief when I experience vulvar pain and it's uncomfortable to sit. I love that the sleeve snaps around my underwear so I can feel secure when moving about. Great product!
After using several different types of ice packs, which were clumsy and not discreet to use, I was thrilled to find Private Packs which are perfectly designed and very effective while not being obvious. Highly recommend!
I used it once as frozen, but I was seated. It melted right away. I think next time I will try it when I go to bed. I love the shape and the cloth outer container for it.

I suffer with Lichen Sclerosis and this is game changing. The cold pack is soooo nice and not so cold that it burn. And having multiple cover that snap onto underpants is genius.

Not what I expected. They are good quality, but the protection sleeve for the frozen packs is too thin to protect your skin. I had to put a towel against the pack anyway, so it was like using a regular ice pack. I was a little disappointed, to be honest. If they made the sleeve a little thicker, this would work for me.
Easy to use product that stays in place and is comfortable to wear. I love the instant relief from the itching it provides.
They seem to be good quality. However, I found that the pack sleeves are not thick enough for if you freeze the packs. I had to put another layer over the sleeve so I didn't freeze burn my skin. I am thinking refrigeration will be enough if you are using the sleeves provided with the pack.
I suffer from Lichen Sclerosis, at night if I wake up and itching is intolerable, I put my ice pack on, and can have immediate relief, and sleep soundly. Thank you.
We got the packs for my wife after our third natural birth. The product was great not only for relief but very versatile for breast feeding as well! Great product and recommend it for all.
If you're on the fence just buy it. Buy two. They work like nothing else, ship quickly, and can be used hot or cold. Comfortable, discreet, and effective. This is a game changer.
